We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the comfortable bedding in the rooms. The staff was very kind and attentive. The hotel's location in a refurbished area was superb, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel also had free parking, a great convenience for us. the hotel had easy access to transportation, including a taxi stand right outside.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms, although small, were comfortable and the bathroom had a good counter and hairdryer. I had a good experience.
There were some minor drawbacks. The sound isolation was poor, as I could hear noises from the street and other guests constantly.

The location in the Itaim neighborhood was great, just around the corner from a great grocery store and within walking distance to some good restaurants. The room was comfortable, with a king bed and a pillow menu to choose from. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and a makeup mirror. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who made check-in and check-out smooth. Breakfast included a variety of options, including fruits, breads, pastries, and meats. The hotel also offered meeting rooms for business purposes.
The gym was small, not airconditioned, and in shabby condition.

Convenient location with plenty of dining options and amenities nearby. Breakfast offers a variety of healthy choices. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff provide excellent service. VIP treatment for those with a car. Non-lactose yogurt available and reception staff are kind. Different pillow sizes add to the overall comfort. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a vibrant and safe area. It was really convenient for me as it was close to all the business districts. The neighborhood had a great selection of restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls, making it a very upmarket area. The staff were low key but pleasant, always ready to assist. The breakfast had a good variety and decent quality, although I wished there was a bit more variety in the scramble eggs. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out they would make omelettes upon request. The coffee was also really nice.
My stay was fantastic. There were a few minor hiccups, such as keys not working and issues with the room, but the staff handled them all very well.
